Thank you for taking the time to visit the home page of the Student Government Association. I am Morgan Pippin and I will be serving you as your Student Body President for the 2007/2008 school year.

My team and I are committed to addressing student concerns and issues throughout the year. We are dedicated to increasing student participation and awareness on issues that are important to us all. As a team we will remain committed and steadfast in identifying problems, and responsibly finding solutions that will help influence our university's administration to implement programs and policies that are student friendly.

My sincerest thanks go out to the many supporters and friends that have entrusted Jerome and I with representing the student population.  We will take pride in the diversity and unique capacity of the Student Body at Arkansas State University as we work on the issues that are already present and as new challenges become apparent. I ask that we are held to our platform goals throughout our term as we try our best to accomplish these objectives. Frequent updates on our progress will be provided through the SGA website.

I encourage you to check out the remainder of the SGA website and I hope it is helpful in informing you of our activities, and I most certainly hope to see and hear from you regularly throughout the year.
